Product and service data
By using our services, you may create or upload data in text or audio format. Some of this information may be stored and maintained on our servers provided by DigitalOcean. For example, you may upload spoken audio files to our website and use our services to generate written content from those audio files. In general, audio files are deleted from our servers hosted by DigitalOcean once they have been successfully transcribed. The generated written content is saved on the device on which you installed the Agiltext application.

To this end, the relevant data processing agreements have been signed with DigitalOcean.

Retention of your data

Your data will be kept for the time required by the legal deadlines established in case of maintenance obligation. In case there is no such obligation, until the interested party requests the deletion of the same or there is revocation of consent.
